Which payment methods can I choose?

You can safely use the following payment methods on our website: iDeal, Klarna, Billink, Bancontact, PayPal, American Express, Visa and Mastercard.

What is the delivery time?

We offer 1 day shipping for the Netherlands and Belgium. Ordered before 5:00 PM and delivered the next day.

European Shipments: After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 days.

What is your return policy?

Our returns policy entitles you to return the product(s) for any reason within 14 days of receipt of the product(s).

How can I return or exchange my product?

If you would like to return your order, please contact support@quar7ierr.com where you will receive the return instructions you need within 24 hours.

NB! please contact us first before returning your order.

Once we have received your return, it will take approximately fourteen business days to process your refund.

Where can I find my track & trace?

The Track & Trace will be sent to you via the e-mail address provided as soon as the package has been sent by us. If this link does not work, you can enter the shipment number + zip code on the shipping company's website.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Have you placed an incorrect order or do you not want to receive the item and have you not yet received Track & Trace? Send an email to our customer service with a cancellation request and your order number so that they can investigate whether it can still be canceled. Once the package has already been sent from us, it is no longer possible to cancel it.

Unfortunately it is not possible to change your order or details.

Can I return my sale item?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items.
